Willy Guhl Eternit

Guhl retired from teaching in 1981, but continued to work as a designer. Over the course of his career, Guhl garnered considerable acclaim for his designs and was the subject of a retrospective exhibition in 1985 entitled, “Willy Guhl: Designer and Teacher” at the Museum für Gestaltung in Zürich. We have four of these incredible designer on-trend architectural concrete cone planters by Swiss architect Willy Guhl for Eternit, circa 1968 Switzerland. These cone shaped concrete planters have a natural patinated exterior finish. Consider using them as a bird-feeder or bird-bath, a sculptural art piece or a pot for succulents, weeping grass.
